In 1980 Jean Teal opened a small quilt fabric shop with 150 bolts. Over 24 years and a few moves her
business has expanded to include many bolts of top quality 100% cotton reproduction fabric. Jean has
been collecting quilts and antiques most of her life. Much of this influence is reflected in her quilts,
fabric designs and patterns and especially in the fabrics she chooses to sell. In the Mid 1980's the
Teals began vending folk art and then fabrics at festivals and quilt shows nationwide and her selections
of colors and designs have become a favorite among patrons.
